I ordered this book for my sister who doesn't have a computer. She was thrilled that I found this cookbook for her "used" at such a reasonable price; she had enjoyed some of the recipes as a guest at a friend's house and wanted to own the cookbook. Unfortunately, the quality of testing has slipped, so that not all recipes work just the way he says. I say this at the start, because in 95% of cases, these recipes are wonderful.
