Lots of Fun at the Amusement Park
This book is a teen romance, and even though I am not a teen, I immensely enjoyed this awesome book. I liked the atmosphere more so than the romance part, even though the romance was good, too. I'm just not much of a romance reader. Megan, who lives in Dallas, goes to Michigan for the summer to work at an Amusement Park. How awesome is that?! I love the amusement park atmosphere, the teen ...

A Great Summer Read!
I found this book to be a great addition to my summer reading list. I could completely identify with the lead character, Jen. This was one story for sure where I couldnt guess what was to happen next. I was very surprised at what happened through the course of the story but I loved every part of it. Rachel Hawthrone scores big time in my book with this one!

They just moved to a very tiny island in the Great Lakes, thinking it would get them away from all the exhausting drama. The Boyfriend League
This book was so sweet and did a very good job of catering to the romantic side of highschool and late teenage ideals. It had just the right amount of sports V. "girly girl" and the very good moral of always be your self.

Great Chick Lit for Teens
18-year-old Lindsey's mom and her rich boyfriend have finally decided to tie the knot, but it's not your traditional church wedding where everyone you know is invited and the bride is dressed in a poofy white wedding gown, they get married on a cruise ship, one that Mr. Hunt (aka mom's rich boyfriend) owns. Lindsey's a shy, to herself kind of person, so she is skeptical that the cruise would be ...

Snow and Hot Chocolate
Snow . . . lots of pristine powdery substance: good for making snowmans, skiing, snowmobiling, and I would have liked to have gone sledding. Hot chocolate, hot apple cider, a cozy bookstore, and a cozy condo to go along with all that snow. Good thing I read this book in the scorching heat in the South, or I would have wanted hot chocolate. But it "mentally" sounded good, though not ...

A great book!
Okay, let me say that I don't normally go for these high school love story type of series books, but this one caught my eye. I, myself, don't live in Texas, but I do live on a farm. I can relate to the main character in the story, who also lives on a farm, in that even though she likes farm life, sometimes other people don't and Robin is slightly self concious of that. I also spend most of the ...
