A great supplement that contains all the relevant legislation, however, the index could be better organised to make finding particular pieces of law easier to find.

I found the bood to be very informative, and very easy to understand, unlike other law books on the matter. It was a short read, and a thorough introduction to international business transactions.

Useful, but very dated guidebook for International Business Law
I bought this book as study-guide/hornbook for International Business Transactions, International Trade, and Customs law courses. Overall, the book provides an excellent synopsis of the listed subjects. However, it is very dated. The book was purportedly updated in 2005. It was, but only partially. Great book - need some updates
I just love the "in a nut shell" series. This particular one is very compact and provides all the important data about EU. Of course, a new edition is in order since two new members were added to EU last year.
