Bought for Finance Class
Amazon offers the cheapest rate (about $30 less than my local bookstore). Received book in roughly 3-5 days. Complaint: Was shipped via USPS, when most packages (even SuperSaver items) are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Was not happy (Amazon did not inform me of that fact). Clear & concise terminology and presentation.

Good Text For Beginners
I am a non-finance major and this book helped me get through the class very well. Not only does the author explain the material in common language, but it is an easy reader. My favorite part of the book is the CD that comes with it. It has a lot of interactive ways to learn the material, from quizzes to narrative Power Points.

Outstanding companion to the Corporate Finance textbook
The solution manual contains fully-explained answers to every problem in the "Corporate Finance" textbook. I'm not quite sure how a student could even use the textbook without having the Solutions Manual. In fact, it should be bundled with the textbook.

This text is for intermediate level business and finance students, and is very informative and well written. I read it two times with great pleasure. It is not boring, even for those outside the field (I must admit I did not work the problems though!). I highly recommend it.

This text was a requirement for my Chartered Financial Analyst exam, and it has been one of the few texts that I have decided to keep on my bookshelf. It does a wonderful job of making basic financial subjects like time value of money and capital structure lucid and easy to understand. Great intro finance class textbook
I used this book for my undergrad introductory corporate finance class and the structure of the book is just great. The early chapters does a superb job getting across the basics of finance (NPV, IRR), while the later ones give a general look at more complex issues such as dividend policy and corp fin for M&A.
