The Chicken Feed Primer is a clever, delightful, well-written book chock full of good ideas for healthy eating. It includes great recipes and fun activities for parents and kids. Since cooking the food is one sure way to get kids to try the unfamiliar, it also encourages great eating habits. I'm giving it as a Holiday gift to friends with kids or grandkids.
