Nymph-Fishing Rivers And Streams: A Biologist's View of Taking Trout Below the Surface10 reviews
Rick Hafele

Stackpole Books, 2006

Nymph Fishing Rivers and Streams
This is one of the best organized, most comprehensive books on flying fishing that I have ever read. It rates with the many books by Dave Huhes for clarity and depth of explanation. The author's sections on each of the insects will remain as my primary reference sources for years to come. I would be excited for a second volume devoted to dry fly fishing.

The illustrations are excellent and even are appealing to those with a biology background. This book single handedly enlightened me (at an age of thirteen) to the art and science of fly fishing. Hence a much greater and in depth ...
