Fascinating trip and concise guide
In the simplest possible way the author tries , and I think with success, to give his experience and the long way he had to pass through, in order to accept his new normal abilities, everyone's ability as he states. Its also surprising how through reasoning try to convince that his experiences are not dream or fantasy. Additionally gives some guidelines for those who want to give a try..... A ...

Excellent
This book is perfect for people interested in handling the design aspect of events. It gives you breakdowns, provides ideas, discusses how you set rates, has sample forms/contracts, and even sections that question you and make you think. I was so excited while waiting for this book to arrive and I certainly wasn't disappointed. I give this book 5 stars and would absolutely encourage others ...

Writers on the Storm
Writers on the Storm: Stories, Observations, and Essays by Tim Peeler, Carter Monroe, and Robert Canipe One of my favorite living authors, Carter Monroe, has several stories in this collection. Monroe catches the flavor and humor of small town Southern living. Being from the provinces myself, I can vouch that his characters are true to life. The American short story is in good hands with ...

Powerful Guided Meditation
The Hemi-Sync Gateway Experience program is perhaps one of the most powerful, extensive and stimulating packages in this field of mediatation CDs and binaural beats. Perhaps it's main competitor is the Centerpointe Holosync program; however, the the Hemi-Sync program is far more affordable and more diverse. Holosync also uses the binaural beats, but there is no verbal guidance on the CDs ...

Story of tragedy, hope, persistence & personal success
I met Gari Carter through a mutual friend and the first time I met Ms. Carter I knew there was "something" about her that was "special" Her love, calmness, sincereness,& humbleness is not found in the normal person who has never been thru a tragedy. A must read for all.

The Truth. It's there an ignored.
I've been involved with Out of Body Experiences, Remote Viewing, and such "crazy" ideas for a long time. These books are fantastic. Robert Monroe is a TRUE scientist, as he put EVERYTHING on the line to admit a truth that just couldn't be explained away. I think it says volumes that the US Army Intel, US Airforce Intel, CIA, NSA, National Security Council, and every government agency in the US ...

Seaworthy
Well written, but hardly plausable, account of the role of USN aircraft carrier Coral Sea, CVA 43, in a scheme to capture a highly secret Russian MIG aircraft. Of interest to all crewmembers of "The Ancient Warrior" and to those interested in harrowing tales of espionage.

Everyone interested should read the first edition
Monroe cites some credible evidence that out of the body travel exists, i.e. traveling to a distant location to pinch a woman he knows from work, and finding that she felt it and it even left a mark--testing it in an EEG laboratory with proof he entered the next room during the testing without leaving his seat. The revised book published later was a let down compared to this where his credibility ...

Best of the Trilogy
This is my favorite of the Monroe books but it helps to read all three in order. I think that the jargon he uses (often times different from other source of knowledge about OBEs or Astral Travel) would otherwise be difficult to grasp. Also it is interesting to see how his perception becomes more refined over time (nearly 20 years from the first book to this one). I think that there is advanced ...

Acerbic and interesting first-person memoir
Poague reminds me of Porter Alexander in his occasionally acerbic tone and his willingness to tell it like he thinks it is with regards to generals and their foibles. Maybe it's an artillery thing. Also like Alexander, he's refreshingly bloodthirsty -- no Gordon-esque blandishments about chivalry here. His account of the death of Federal Gen. Kearny contrasts interestingly with other accounts ...

Kids books? Hahh!
This might have seemed like a children's book because, believe it or not, IT IS! I loved this series as a second and third grader. The books taught me about different cultures and made me aware of my world. Now I am looking to buy the complete series for my own children! It's not hard to know what you're buying. Pay a little more attention to detail.
