Cliffsnotes < sup(t )/Sup > the Picture of Dorian Gray
Stanley P. Baldwin

Hungry Minds, 2001

Oscar Wilde's classic tale of narcissism is rife with symbolism and classic themes. Beyond the critical approach, the story can simply be enjoyed on its own as a well-written tale of suspense and surprise.

The Picture of Dorian Gray (Cliffs Notes)257 reviews

Cliffs Notes, 1999

Beautiful and witty
This is a beautiful and witty tale about a depraved man. His ugly soul is mirrored by his ever-changing portrait while he retains his youthful visage. Suspenseful throughout. A classic.

The Education of Henry Adams (Cliffs Notes)1 review
Stanley P. Baldwin

Cliffs Notes, 2001

A guide to all the obscure references in Adams's masterpiece
In "New Essays on The Education of Henry Adams" (a collection published by Cambridge UP), literary scholar John Carlos Rowe admits that "The baffling multitude of historical characters, significant events, and political currents has generally been the first obstacle to the reader's involvement in this narrative.... it still amazes me that readers helped turn a book of such difficult historical ...

TURNED "ROCKET SCIENCE" to Reading Ease
Homer's The Odyessey is a drudgery to read not to mention understand. This book took the pain and bordom of that and shortned it to a 1 hour (45 if your a fast reader) book that keeps all the details (for your reading pleasure) and explains the importance of each section in relations to High School which actually helps a ton. (pulled my grade on this from the usual B to A thanks to this book).

The Catcher in the Rye (Cliffs Notes)
The CliffsNotes are very helpful in its explanation(s) of the chapters and characters. I especially found the literary summaries helpful.
