"C" is for Corpse (The Kinsey Millhone Alphabet Mysteries) 49 reviews Sue Grafton
St. Martin's Paperbacks, 2005
Loved It! I recently started reading the Kinsey Milhone series and this one so far is the best. On the first page, we learn that her client, Bobby, is dead and that she's never worked for a dead man before. The story moves quickly, and it was hard to put down.

"A" is for Alibi Loved it! My first book, "T" is for Trespass, was given to me by a friend for my birthday this year. That hooked me! I've since read the A, B and C collections and have started the D. I'm going to order more today!! Thanks Sue (and Kinsey) for the humor, mystery and anticipation you create in each case.

R Is For Ricochet (Kinsey Millhone Mysteries) 39 reviews Sue Grafton
Berkley, 2005
Great Book....But it wasn't Jerry Vale Singin' That Song!! I've read 'em all!! And I enjoy the descriptions Sue Grafton gives..isn't that what makes a good author, one that can paint pictures with words!?? However, when the song, "It's All In The Game" started playing on the juke box, Kinsey/Sue said it was Jerry Vale!! Don't think so!! Tommy Edwards had the hit with that one. :-) I guess she's allowed one mistake. ;-)

KMM are Great! The Book arrived quickly and in excellent condition. It's three Kinsey Millhone Novels by Sue Grafton which insures exciting plots and surefire entertainment with a good readable character. I am an alphabet mystery fancier and was certainly not disappointed by this collection. Kinsey is always endearing and guttsy. They were excellent novels! Bravo, Sue Grafton! "B" is for Burglar (The Kinsey Millhone Alphabet Mysteries) 64 reviews Sue Grafton
St. Martin's Paperbacks, 2005
Another Winner for Grafton This book was hard to put down once I started reading it. The characters are well developed and the depth of description of locales is amazing. Having visited Santa Barbara, I can almost see the places that Kinsey speaks of when speaking of "Santa Teresa". Very enjoyable reading.

Three Complete Novels: "G" Is for Gumshoe, "H" Is for Homicide, and "I" Is for Innocent 27 reviews Sue Grafton
Wings, 2002
Three books in one-COOL! It was so easy to read three in a row. I think I had the whole three books finished in three days! It's nice to have many books into one because then you don't have to buy the next one or wait to go to the library when it opens next, or even to see if the library has it! It was so nice!!!

"F" is for Fugitive (The Kinsey Millhone Alphabet Mysteries) 30 reviews Sue Grafton
St. Martin's Paperbacks, 2005
Grafton is the best! When a friend was recently going through a rough time, I loaned her the whole series of Grafton's Kinsey Millhone books. My friend told me they allowed her to escape from the stress until she could handle it better. Unfortunately, she also told me that Kinsey has replaced me as her best friend!

Great...but for... I'm a great fan of Sue Grafton and her alphabet mystery series. "T is for Trespass" been a great read. Unfortunately, there is always the same problem regardless of book choice. This one is no exception. The problem? It ends.

"O" Is for Outlaw 158 reviews Sue Grafton
Ballantine Books, 2001
A fascinating plot and fun new characters for Kinsey While each Sue Grafton book is pretty wonderful, this one is among my favorites thus far. As many other reviewers mentioned, this Kinsey book delves into her past as she attempts to figure out who shot her ex-husband. Two detectives, Claas and Aldo, seem to think Kinsey might have been involved. I loved how this book made Kinsey examine who she was at a young age and how she has changed in the ...

Kinsey in LA H is for Homicide...the books just keep getting better. Kinsey is interested in the apparent homicide of a casual work acquaintance. Soon, she is investigating one of his ex clients for insurance fraud. In no time Kinsey is in over her head and without protection in Los Angeles in a gang ridden hood. She is undercover, and there is a surprise at the end. It is interesting to see Kinsey ...

S is for Silence (Kinsey Millhone Mysteries) 222 reviews Sue Grafton
DOUBLEDAY LARGE PRINT HOME LIB, 2005
A project for Kinsey I really liked this book, even better than other Kinsey books. There wasn't much Santa Teresa sentimentality in it or Polish food reviews and amazing (sexually active) 90-year olds. The whole thing was developed like a real-life project and the problem was solved very methodically by Kinsey being a master project manager. The landscapes and little towns and the people of the Southern California ...

I is for Innocent (Kinsey Millhone Mystery) 31 reviews Sue Grafton
Ballantine Books, 2008
Couldn't Put it Down... Once I got into "I is for Innocent", I must admit I couldn't put it down. Kinsey has lost her trusty office space with California Fidelity Insurance and now is working out of a defense attorney's office. Gone is some of Kinsey's spunk and confidence, which she realizes comes from her feeling rejected after being fired.
Kinsey starts an investigation for the defense attorney after his regular ...

Amazon Remainders Account, 2001
A somewhat strange entry in the series I have been reading a lot of Sue Grafton lately and loving them all. This was the first one that I found I wasn't enjoying as much as the rest. After reading reviews here, I see that I am not alone. It's really quite strange. The main plot is fairly slow moving and not very captivating. I agree with other reviewers who said they liked the subplot with Kinsey trying to find a new office space ...

For those with long drives to and from work I drive 35-45 minutes each way to work. The news is too depressing. I found these mysteries to be an enjoyable diversion. Not too deep, but good mysteries. Following a single character through three mysteries makes her a friend on my otherwise lonely drives. I have now gone through 9 such mysteries. Enjoy!
