Weight Watchers' Quick Success Program 3 reviews Weight Watchers International
Dutton Adult, 1989
Great book for those interested in the old WW programs This is a great book for those who want to use the past Weight Watchers Program. It is complete with daily food amounts, food lists, menus, and recipes. I use it like a Bible. The only thing it is missing is a food journal but I types one up on my computer and now my program is complete.

Six O'Clock Solutions: More Than 145 Recipes That Simplify Supper (Weight Watchers Magazine) 8 reviews
Oxmoor House, 2000
Great source for WW recipes! Weight Watchers provides us with a great number of good recipes. The best thing going for Weight Watchers is their low fat recipes do not taste low fat. My husband and I have lost about 20 lbs with their program. We have never been disapointed in any of the recipes in this book. You do not have to be on the program to enjoy their recipes. For us WW folks ever wonder what you can do with 6 ...

Weight Watchers Favorite Homestyle Recipes 2 reviews Weight Watchers, Inc Staf Weight Watchers Internati
G. K. Hall & Company, 1994
Best Collection of Recipes I first started Weight Watchers in 1994. I purchased the Weight Watchers Favorite Homestyle Recipes to get some good recipe ideas to use while following the program. I love this book. Every recipe my husband and I tried we loved. Try the Fantastic Fusilli and Feta, or the Garden Pasta Pie. They are both great for entertaining. The Tofu Tortilla Casserole is fabulous. My daughter loved the ...

One of the best of Weight Watchers. shopping list in front, points and exchanges on recipe. A winner.

Great cookbook!!! They can't keep enough stock !!! Great Cookbook!! They can't keep enough stock on this one - many of my friends have 'borrowed' it from me because they have not been able to find a copy for themselves. Even the Weight Watcher meeting places can't keep enough of them.

Weight Watchers Stir-Fry to Szechuan: 100 Classic Chinese Recipes (Weight Watcher's Library Series) 4 reviews Weight Watchers
MacMillan Publishing Company, 1997
It won over this skeptic This is a fabulous Chinese cookbook, not only for Weight Watchers members but also for those interested in the taste of Chinese cooking without all the extra fat and calories. Being a Weight Watchers member, I was a bit skeptical that the lower-point recipes would be flavorful and satisfying, but I am now a believer. The egg drop soup is so much more delicious than anything I've ever eaten ...

Though many items can easy be figured out using the WW Points Slider or Calculator, there are many that are not so easy. How do you figure out points in items that don't list nutritional values such as an avocado or an egg? This book will give you the points information and more.

Dining for Two:150 Easy Recipes for Everyday and Special Occasions 2 reviews Weight Watchers
Weight Watchers International, 2004
An Absolutely Fantastic Cookbook This is a wonderful cookbook. I've made dozens of recipes from it and each one has turned out fantastic. Many of its recipes have become family staples, e.g., turkey burgers moistened with grated zucchini and served with tzatziki sauce. The stuffed apricot-goat cheese chicken breast with a sherry-mushroom sauce is to die for. Also, it's great to have a book full of recipes scaled down for two ...

A good Weight Watchers cookbook! I checked this one out from my local library and loved it so much that I thought I'd want to own it, so went onto Amazon to check out availability.
These recipes are normal, everyday fare, made with normally available stuff, mostly quickly prepared. The Points values are given as well as, the rundown of calories, fat, protein, carbohydrates, fiber, etc. Recipes that are CORE as well as FLEX are ...

Lots of Great Options! I love how this cook book has lots of healthy recipes that are full of flavor - not just grilled chicken! I have made several recipes for friends and family and all were really good and easy to follow. I will make adjustments to some of the recipes to make them more my taste, but I do that with most recipes anyway.
