10 Actual, Official LSAT PrepTests 1 review
Law School Admission Council, 2007
Actual, Official, Older(?) I bought this book after using the LSAC's The Official LSAT SuperPrep and The Next 10 Actual, Official LSAT PrepTest (Lsat Series). These older tests, though roughly identical in format, have very different questions from those found on newer tests. I began to notice the difference after having taken two tests with remarkably poor performance on the logic games. I then completed the most ...

The Official Preptest 45 1 review Wendy Margolis
Law School Admission Council, 2005
Get Ready to Be Completely Challenged For someone who simply enjoys a challenge, the LSAT Preptest 45 is the perfect solution to prep you for the LSAT. The questions are very true to the actual LSAT tests.
One thing to keep in mind when using these Preptests is to understand that there is a clear methodology and frame of mind for conquering the tests. My strongest recommendation is to take your time to throughly understand how ...

The Next 10 Actual, Official LSAT PrepTest (Lsat Series) 3 reviews Wendy Margolis
Law School Admission Council, 2007
Good sample of LSAT questions There are definitely better books for understanding how to take the LSAT, but this book is a great follow-up because it lets you get a feel for a lot of different types of questions, as well as timed practice for the real test. I would definitely suggest using this along with a different stuty guide to prep for the LSAT.

The Official LSAT PrepTest 50 (Official LSAT PrepTest) 2 reviews
Law School Admission Council, Inc, 2006
Not the most cost effective, but definitely helpful If you're just going to take a few official prep tests, then grab the latest ones availble such as this one. It'll be closer to the real deal than some of the older tests, but not that much different. However, you're best buy is one of the books that contains 10 prep tests instead of only 1. 1 test = 8 bucks, 10 tests = ~20 bucks...you do the math. If you have the time to take multiple tests, ...

Hands down the best resource for Law School information If you're applying to law school (or are thinking about it), and you only get one book to research American Law Schools, get this one--trust me. You get four pages on every ABA approved law school (which are, really, the only schools one should be concerned with--with very few exceptions). Two pages of stats listing nearly all of the valuable information that you want to know, and also lots of ...

Law School Must Have If you are applying to law school, you must have this book. The grids showing the GPA in comparison to the LSAT score, and your chances of getting in are enormously helpful in the application process. There are no opinion pieces here, just the straight facts directly from the law schools.

Law School Admission Council., 2003
Very good reference resource. This book has the statistics and brief explanations on about the 180 law programs. It is a very good reference for the hard facts on the programs that one is interested in. It has a very useful admissions matrix (the probability of being admitted given one's GPA and LSAT score) in almost each school's profile.

Essential to applying to law school I used this book 6 years ago when I was applying to law school. The hard part about applying to law schools is that only a few people actually know anything about a particular law school's quality or reputation. Rankings do not help in making any meaningful distinctions between schools and actually can actually hurt the applicant in selecting a school as he may overlook a great law school simply ...
