Very Helpful
As any real estate agent knows there isn't a lot time to sit down and come up with new letters for every transaction. This book really comes in handy. There isn't a lot of solicitation letters but all the other one's make up for it.

Complete the questions in this book and you will pass
This book is a rigorous study book. And it is a lot less expensive than taking a cram course. It is the only thing I studied and I passed the first time!! Now I just wish there was a companion book for the Broker's exam!!!

Excellent Prep Book
I bought this book and it was the only book I used to prep for my real estate broker's exam. I took the exam on June 20, 2007 and passed (it was my first try). There are 15 chapters in this book and at the end of each chapter, there is a practice quiz you can take to test your knowledge on what the chapter just covered. Each quiz contains anywhere from 45-150 questions, but most quizes have ...

This is an excellent book that covers all the basics of getting started in real estate. (It also helped me pass the CA broker exam.)

This is your ticket to passing the ASI Real Estate Test.
Pivar's "Real Estate Exam Guide - Fifth Edition" will enable you to use common sense study methods to assure a passing grade for the ASI Real Estate Sales and Broker Exams. I have been a licensed broker for many years, and I wanted to be licensed in another state. This guide made this an easy task. Using selective " highlighting", reviewing every chapter at least twice, and taking the ...

A Must Have for Your Real Estate Library
I started in commercial real estate as an income property sales person, after getting a degree in real estate finance. I used this book while I studied real estate law in college, to pass my real estate exam, and to use anytime I had a need during my time as an agent. Today, 16 years later, I am now an active full time investor, and train other investors my successful techniques and ...

The REALTORS Code of Ethics - simplified
This is absolutely the best real estate ethics book I have found. It clarifies for the reader each standard & article of the REALTORS Code of Ethics. There are case studies with each chapter. With easily a hundred situations to analyze and disect throughout the book, an agent or broker can probably find answers to many of the typical problems that occur in the day-to-day workings of the ...

Most thorough book I've read on many different real estate investment strategies
I found this to be a real meat-and-potatoes book. Crammed with lots of information, you should learn something from Pivar regardless of your experience level. Great addition to the library. He focuses on generating wealth through land ownership, commercial properties, single family homes, and property conversions. He also covers how using options and long-term appreciation can sweeten your ...
