I bought this book for my pampered 18 yr. old brother whose moving away to college and we've used it every week since it got here to cook a different recipe, it's easy for him to follow the directions, has lots of how-to pictures and everything we make is delicious! A lot of new good ideas. I mostly look for recipes on the internet but it's hard to find new ideas there, you have to know what you're looking for. If you own any of the other Bisquick books on the market than you have all the recipes in this one. It's called "Ultimate" I guess just because it combines the impossibly easy pie, bisquick I and bisquick II and the dessert one into one big book. It's a great cookbook regardless.
