The Rock Detector goes to great lengths to provide all kinds of details about Sabbath band members (sometimes too many details about minor players) but...very cool to hear what was going on during those years. I'm simply astonished by the sheer amount pf information contained in this book. Dont'get it wrong: this is a HUGE book, with A4 paper format, more than three hundred pages with two columns in each one. But, if you're into Black Sabbath and Ozzy, you will read it really fast.

I read this book years and years ago originally. It's an awesome book on Black Sabbath. It covers up to the Born Again tour with Ian Gillan, as that's about when it was written. If you can find this, get it. It's well worth it.
