A user friendly book
This is a really nice book, to get you started in wine appreciation. I also bought a Perfect Sommelier, because I wanted to taste the wine as soon as I bought it, instead of waiting years for it to be cellared. Use Google to search for it. The book really helped in locating some of the many varieties of wine that are available today. I love the 'Dummy' book too!

I'm inspired
Well researched and considered. Thorough, yet practical and attainable. I appreciated learning about all the different types of root cellars and how to build them. Previous to reading this book, a root cellar to me was and expensive underground project with stairs and cement walls and electricity. Until I can afford that we can inexpensively create/build/dig the other options.
