Great Cookbook
This is a great cookbook. Not only does it teach you more than just the basics of cooking, but it's takes you through the author's stories in which they take place, which I found both funny and interesting. Good recipes, and a great read at the same time. Finally a cookbook with more that just recipes, this one has substance!

Awesome Cook Book!
My husband is from Peru and I've had a hard time finding a good cook book. This has great traditional recipes with awesome photos. They give you a little history about the food and it has a bookmark with the names and photos of the most popular ingredients. This will help me the next time I'm at the grocery store.
