Plain and simple-Gina's methods work. At 4 months old my boys sleep through the night (7 to 7 w/ a dream feed at 10:00) and take 3 naps a day, while the moms in my twin group are always commenting about how CIO (cry It out) is so difficult w/ their 7 and 8 month old babies.
