a simple transition
This cookbook is the one item that made me feel truly capable to cook and bake vegan. I love these recipes- I've made quite a few and have only had it for two weeks. Colleen has lots of useful tips and interesting tid-bits about the history of different recipes and ingredients. I think this is a must for any vegan!

There is something absolutely timeless about this story--that is probably where the "traditional folktale" bit comes in. I'm not sure just how old the story itself is but I can see why it is still loved today.
