A permanent addition to my kitchen!
I have made 4-5 recipies from this book and each has turned out great. They are suprisingly easy and do not taste bland, like so many other light recipies I have enountered. Be sure to try the artichoke, lemon and goat cheese stuffed chicken and the garlic fries. The wasabi tuna and shiitake port mushroom steaks were also good. Probably one of the best cookbooks I have!

I have a million cookbooks, and am a food network addict. This is by far the best cookbook. It has pics to go with every recipe as well. There aren't a huge amount of recipes, but what they have is all delicious. I don't think theyre extremely FAST to make though. Some still have a lot of prep work. But that's fine for me.... Great Organizer
Even if you subscribe to the magazie, this book is very worthwhile to have so everything is in one place and easily accessible.
Really helps keeep thing organized and since I usually will find myself misplacing an issue or two during the year, it makes sure I have my favorite recipe around when I want it.

The recipes are easy and delicious. It has quick and "Super-Quick" recipes. Color photos are provided for many of the dishes, and the layout of the entire book is terrific. Nutritional info and Diabetic food exchanges are provided for every recipe. another great compliation from a great magazine
Cooking Light is fantastic as always- this includes all the year's recipes as well as a few of the articles that appeared in the magazines.
The only potential complaint is that the index isn't very user friendly. There is a by-month index as well as a general recipe index, but if you don't know the name of the recipie I've found it to be a challenge to find what you are looking for!
