I used it to make inverted-pleat drapes for my guest room, and they turned out great! I was taking a home dec sewing class at the time, and I liked this book better than my required text book.

Easy to read textbook with lots of good, classroom tested ideas - especially for discipline. The teaching methods are based on scientific-based FL research with examples that are realistic. However, some of the web addresses cited in the chapter references are obsolete. This is the required text for my master's course in Spanish education and I highly recommend it.
