The 4-Hour Workweek: Escape 9-5, Live Anywhere, and Join the New Rich725 reviews
Timothy Ferriss

Crown, 2007

Interesting read with a few great points
This is a book that you'll either love or hate. Timothy has a good writing style, and has plenty of great ideas, however some are quite controversial and I'd expect some people would dismiss them quickly. I didn't agree with all of them (hey, it'd be hard to agree completely to any book), yet they were well presented, and it certainly makes you think about how you spend your life.

Airey Neave

Hodder & Stoughton, 1969

Amazing
After his experiences at Dunkirk and in "They Have Their Exits" about his escape from Colditz, Airey Neave worked at MI9 in a small section dedicated to supporting escape lines run by resistance groups in Europe. The book chronicles the history of several escape lines to Britain (principally used by downed airmen), most of which ended in the arrest of the principles and many other people by the ...

Great book for all ages

Escape from the Slave Traders: David Livingstone (Trailblazer Books #5)2 reviews
Dave and Neta Jackson, Julian Jackson

Bethany House, 1992

You'll have a better idea of slavery in the 1800s.
The style and pace of this book is a excellent for the growing reader, perhaps middle school and down. The Arabs were no friends to Africans.

Escape Plans (In the Same Boat Series, 5)2 reviews
Sherie Posesorski

Coteau Books, 2002

Escape Plans
"Escape Plans" is a rollicking ocean of a book. It is exciting and well-written, examing the many facets of the Cold War from the perspective of a Russian-Canadian family living in Ontario. The author does an excellent job of constructing her characters and keeping the plot fast-paced. At parts the story bogs down, but quickly gets back on its feet. Highly recommended.

Escape from Slavery: Five Journeys to Freedom1 review
Doreen Rappaport

HarperTrophy, 1999

I think that this was an interesting book to read
I am a 7th grader who was assigned this book to read as a summer reading project by my future teacher. After reading many different books on the life experiments of slaves durning the Civil War, I found this book interesting. It is about five slaves and how they managed to escape slavery. It show how brave each one of these people were in their own way. It also show how the Underground ...
