The best italian cookbook i have ever used. Simple and delicious recipes in which Hazan describes very well. I am first generation Italian (Calabria) and can attest to the authenticity of her methods and ingredients. Bottom line, I havnt found a recipe i didnt like. This is the best selling product in this market at top tier schools of business so there is not much that I can add to that. My book arrived promptly and was in very good condition. The price was about half what new is at the campus bookstore and 2/3 the used price. The condition was much better than typical used condition.
