Fun & easy reading
This story is a favorite of mine in english and, now that I'm teaching french to my children, it has become a favorite of theirs in french! It's easy reading and fun with great illustrations. I was extremely pleased that Amazon had Bonsoir Lune available and my children and I highly recommend it!

Great start for children and adult.
I purchased this book for my children so they can learn the language. They are really enjoying it and learning it fast because we have the English version. I think it would be a great start for adults who want to learn Spanish.

laugh out loud
This is a wonderful detail-filled parody of the children's book "Goodnight Moon". It has all the charm of the original, twisted into the bizarre world of Bush and Cheney. It is darkly humerous. I find that my friends who do not have children don't get it, as they have not read"Goodnight Moon" so I bought a copy for them to read before I hand them "Goodnight Bush".

Goodnight Moon CD--a perfect companion
Goodnight Moon was a part of my prekindergarten class and is now a part of my 9 month old son's bedtime routine. The CD includes a reading of the story and, in my opinion the best part, the story sung as a lullaby. The lullaby is soft, calm and beautiful with guitar adding to the soothing sound. I bought this book for my daughter - in paperback, hardback, coloring book, etc.! This was her all-time favorite book growing up and now I'm buying it for her newborn son! That makes me really think this is a book "for generations".

Good Night Moon---No Child Left In The Dark
Having 42 grandchildren and 46 great grandchildren and being an advocate for reading, reading, reading I believe this book is the greatest for children to hear as first words from parents (well, first words after "I love you, darling.") I have testimonials of positive results from grandchildren of the effect the reading of this book has on even infants.

I really love this book. I remember reading it when I was little and it always seemed filled with mystery, the beauty of the illistrations is immense in my [slightly biased] eyes. I hope that little kids now like it as much as I did when I was little, it's really worth it, a cute story, and a nice way to be put to bed.

My Son Loves This Book
My son is 15 months old, he got this book for his 1st birthday. He loves to look through the book, but is not ready to hear the whole story. The flip feature of the picture of the sun is his favorite part. As you turn the pages the sun disappears from the right and the moon appears on the left. He loves to turn it back and forth and make the sun appear.
