So much substance packed into this short space is admirable. All of the subjects brought up in this book go light years in helping the reader understand the economists side to the issues. Any student or citizen that reads this book even alone, will be leaps and bounds ahead of the average, indeed, even most elite intellectual voters.

This textbook easy to read and understand. It gives many examples and thoughtful exercises. I did check out the website, hoping for more helpful study guides or resources and found it greatly lacking. Overall, I think this textbook is good for any Human Services or Social Work ethics course.

This book is an amazing book on many of todays top environmental issues. One could see an issue one way before reading this book, and after that certain issue is read, and one sees the point on both sides, it could actually change ones mind. The book was exactly as described and the shipping was quick (I took the slowest way and they still got it out fast).
What I wanted was a quick reference to all the body systems that could be in a "small" book. If you are in medicine you understand that... After a couple of semesters we all have one arm that is overdeveloped from carrying those massive text books...ha
