I discovered this book from a review in the Orlando Sentinel. They describe it this way, "a Chicago-area teen grapples with boyfriend issues, trigonometry and her search for the identity of her long-lost dad." It's written in the style of Chick Lit, meaning it is light, upbeat, modern fiction from the woman's viewpoint.
