I don't know if it was the topic or the organization...
This is a confusing topic as is, but I felt like the authors did not do a great job in making distinctions, and also that their topic headings and cases could have been better organized. For those of you who rely on the table of contents and preface paragraphs to the particular legal theories to help you study, this book will give you some difficulty. Good choice in cases though.
