My husband originally bought this book, and then I read and re-read it. We have 2 sons, (10 & 12 yrs old). This book REALLY helped us to set up a program for spending and saving with our sons. I like the way is is simply laid out. An easy to read concise look at the tax lien and deed industry with a really useful list of questions to ask when you call counties to find out about their sales. Most other books I've read deal with Lien OR deed purchase. This deals with both. I don't like to spend a lot of time reading I would rather do and this was definitely the book to get me doing.
