This Book is as good as it gets.
I found this book to be the best book on all aspects of photography. It shows examples of very simple lighting setups and some very very complicated and interesting examples. It will show you how you can set up rooms with conflicting natural lighting, by mixing the lighting with flash or incandesent lighting. It shows you what equipment you will need. In addition it covers everything, and I do ...

Great Practically Written Book
I used this book in my early childhood curriculum class while earning my masters. After reading it, I realized how much curriculum knowledge I learned without getting the theory stuck in my way. I love theoretically based information-injecting, but I relished this book due to my past familiarity with the early childhood fathers. I knew of Piaget, Vygotsky, Montessori, Kamii, Froebel, and ...

An excellent training guide
I have used this as a training manual and it is excellent! It gives the information needed and leaves open the "facility specific" issues such as forms and format. Very thoughtfully written and is a tremendous resource for a facility trainer or clinical director.

This book, and the ideas contained herein, are trash
The author obviously feels that man would be better off as a widget fed to industry. I never thought I would agree with the religious right until I read this book. Imagine my surprise when I started reading this and found it as bad as they said. The worst part is that Mr. Spady has had such an influence on education.
