terrific grilling book
This is the best grilling cookbook I've seen. It is very practical and all of the recipes are feasible for the average cook. The book is organized by kind of meat or vegetable - it's just perfect. The narratives for each recipe are helpful and well-written. I love the book!

As an Oklahoman and a Garth Brooks/Trisha Yearwood fan, I was very interested in this book. I was not disappointed! My kitchen is undergoing a total make-over, so I am not currently doing much cooking. As soon as my kitchen is complete, I plan on trying most of the recipes.
