There are not enough stars to rate this book as high as it needs to be. This is the 2nd Vernon Howard book I've read and I can't wait to get into the next one. The Mystic Path To Cosmic Power is a good intro if you haven't read it yet. This one is not a rehashing of ideas from that book.
