The historical detail in these books is significant. I've always been a L'amour fan, and these rank up there in that kind of western action too. The only drawback to the books is that they seem rushed. The length of the story could have been drawn out to give even more detail about the characters, but I appreciate them anyway. Still five stars in my book.
