Jove, 2008
fine urban romantic fantasy Twenty-one years ago three boys (Caleb, Fox and Gage) camped at the Pagan Stone, a place of great power in the woods of Hawkins Hollow, Illinois. Undead and Uneasy 55 reviews MaryJanice Davidson
Jove, 2008
Betsy is just awesome. :) The Undead series aka Vampire Betsy series takes place in Minnesota, in this book Elizabeth, known as Betsy is coming upon the final two weeks until the wedding to her King and Consort Eric Sinclair. She is the Queen of the vampires and while the Book of the Dead (think vampire Bible) already says that the two are already married and will rule together for the next thousand years, she still wants ...

The River Knows 42 reviews Amanda Quick
Jove, 2008
Great Read I was pleasantly surprised with this book. I enjoyed it so much I started and finished it in one day! I've been a fan of Amanda Quick for a while now. As someone else mentioned, this one does not involve any odd Societies or scientists, which made for a nice change.
I highly reccommend this book to anyone who enjoys a great Regency novel.

“One of romance’s finest writers” (OAKLAND PRESS) does it again. When medieval laird Robert Cameron pounds on Sunny Phillips’s door, he isn’t paying a social call. He’s braved a trip onto enemy soil to fetch the MacLeod witch, a crone renowned for her healing powers. But the woman who opens her door to him is enchanting and young... and not from his century.

The Double Agents: A Men at War Novel (Men at War (Paperback Jove)) 70 reviews W.E.B. Griffin, William E. Butterworth IV
Jove, 2008
Double Agents Fans of W.E.B.Griffin would welcome the story and action
in Double Agents. It is typical of the author's ability
to gain and hold the attention of the reader throughout the story. The plot is well thought out and is logical.
While reading the book one can easily imagine the action which takes place througout. The theme of the story actually took place during World War II. It tells of one ...

Running Blind (Jack Reacher) 115 reviews Lee Child
Jove, 2007
Some Insights I am reading the series in order. I think this was the best one yet. It leaves my very excited to continue the Reacher series. We began to see more depth in Reacher as he struggles with understanding himself. The story moves forward at a wonderful pace. It was just great. While reading this I had the opportunity to hear Lee Child speak. He gave some insights that I think will be helpful. ...

The Harlequin 3 reviews Laurell K. Hamilton
Jove, 2008
Anita Blake still delivers I will agree that the Anita Blake series had a serious change of tone after the first few books. They began to focus less on Anita's zombie-raising and police investigations and more on her awakening powers and relationships with all the men in her life. Still, I have been captivated through each and every book. I really enjoyed The Harlequin and think it's the best book in the series since ...
