I sing it to my son and it makes him giggle!
Rather than reading this, I sing it to my son in order to make it sound more appealing, and he laughs and giggles when we get to the Ay, Carumba part. He also giggles at the end when the turkey dives into the water in his clothes. I read the English version, and I couldn't seem to get into a groove in reading it, so I only read my son this one. He loves it. I think this version is actually better ...

A Day on the Beach
My 3 year old is learning Spanish and this was a great choice of reading material for him...especially since he loves the beach. He knows and loves Dora already, so he was right away interested and curious about this book. My 3 year old son loved reading Boynton's "Opposites" by himself, so when I saw that it was available in Spanish I did not hesitate to purchase it.

Goes flawlessly with Flip Flop Spanish
I can't get over how well this line of books goes with the lessons laid out in Flip Flop Spanish: Ages 3-5: Level 1. I used this book after the chapter on counting, and of course my kids already knew the word for Dog, so it was just a wonderful reinforcer. What a FUN way to review!
I'm already be recommending it to all my students, and plan to use it in my Spanish class for 3 and 4 year olds ...

A very interesting book
I am a spanish teacher and I strongly recommnend this book for beginners students (K-2nd grade). It is very interesting for the child to see the object in English and then pull the tab and find the word in spanish. The prononunciation guide is very helpful.
