Excellent bilingual book
This is a great introduction to bilingual reading because everything is in both English and Spanish. My 2 1/2 year old is just learning Spanish and she loves this book. Elmo goes to all his favorite places (the park, the library, the grocery store, etc.) and shows you his favorite things in each place.

Fun
We speak Spanish and want our children to learn, so we purchased this book. The story is fun and the pictures are nice. We read it to them in Spanish, and they read it in English, as it has both languages. Our hopes are that when they become familiar with the story, they will read it in Spanish too!

Just purchased the book. Great teaching tool to introduce children to different languages. Bright colorful pictures to go along with the text. They certainly hold the interest of the children. Super idea for bilingual learning. Creative words were used. Bought a few to give as baby gifts.

I loved this book for its depiction of intergenerational relationships. It is a gentle story about a little boy and his grandmother. The English/Spanish translations are superb. I think it will become a classic story for kindergarteners.

If you'e an illustration fan, you'll enjoy this book
The story line a very funny. I swear, it sounds like my own grandfather telling this story. The glossary in the back is really cool. The illustrations are wonderful. I'd recommend this book for early readers or kids of about 5 or so. Our 3 yr old didn't sit still long enough to enjoy it. But mom and dad sure did!

This book is extremely funny. Most of the children hate to take baths. This book has beautiful colored pages and the Spanish language is clear, fluent and well used. I recommend this book to be use in the classroom for English language learners or for dual inmersion settings.
