This is a really nice book. I bought it because I speak portugues with my daughter all the time so she can learn to be fluent in 2 languages. Also .... since she is just about to turn 2 and it is almost summer, I wanted her to become more at ease with the idea of swimming.

My friend was so excited to get this...
I purchased this book for a friend's shower. Her dh is from Italy and I thought it would be neat to give a book that was in Italian. The pictures were great and it was hard to keep my baby from taking over the book before we went to the shower.

Fun illustrations and most Vietnamese correct
The pictures and illustrations are good and my son enjoys the book. We identify in English and then in Vietnamese. Most Vietnamese words are correct. A few needed minor corrections, many with the accent marks. the book is enjoyable enough that my toddler son will pick it up and play with it on his own.

Great idea in a simple story
I have an autistic son and words mean a lot to him. This book being in two languages was very fascinating for him to read. It was simple and cute and very colorful. My other son enjoyed it as well and we would definitely recommend it.

Handy review tool
I speak to my son in Portuguese. I find it extremely difficult to find quality reinforce materials to use. I enjoy the durabilty of the cards, they have held up to my 2 year old son. The pictures are good and easy to understand. I use them as flash cards as well as scavenger hunt tickets.
