Memoirs of the Crown Prince of Germany
Friedrich Wilhelm Hohenzollern, Crown Prince of Germany Wilhelm, ...

Naval & Military Press, 2006

The German Prince recalls his childhood in Potsdam and Berlin, his marriage and family, the turmoil of World War I, and his exile in Holland. Friedrich Wilhelm Viktor Augustus Ernst Hohenzollern of Prussia (1882-1951) was the son of William II. In World War I he commanded (1914) an army on the Western Front and was nominal commander in the German attack (1916) on Verdun. He fled to Holland in November, 1918, and renounced his rights to the ...

There's a Devil in the Drum2 reviews
John F. Lucy

Naval & Military Press, 2001

An Irish Account of the Great War
J.F. Lucy and his brother enlisted in the army in 1912. They became members of the 2nd Battalion Royal Irish Rifles of the 3rd Division. The first part of the book is an excellent account of the pre-war British army, replete with the peacetime training and traditions. Though only a N.C.O. Lucy was a keen observer of the war, looking back upon it as a bitter veteran but with a sensitive eye ...

German Northern Theatre of Operations 1940-45 (German Report)1 review
Earl F. Ziemke

Naval & Military Press, 2003

I recommend this book
Ziemkes, The German Northern Theatre of Operations 1940-1945 is always mentioned in the references from nearly all military and civil authors after 1960 who writes in this matter. Written nearly fifty years ago it is still the main work when you like to have an explanation around the facts about the German operations in the north. Written in easy English in a civil language with many maps and ...

Pistole 381 review
German Army

Naval & Military Press, 2003

NOTICE
I cannot find it anywhere but I believe this book is written in GERMAN. I saw a similiar copy somewhere and it was in German. And the wording on the cover of this is in German. All of which makes sense as it was written by the German Army. So double check unless you can read in the German language. I rated it 5 because I am sure it is good if you can read it.
