Make it this one. This is hands down the best book on the topic. It beautifully (sometimes amusingly) goes over each argument for and against the idea of not just decriminalizing but legalizing consensual crimes. Its a very easy read, with large font and interesting quotes from surprisingly supportive historical figures such as John Adams, Reagan advisors, bush advisors, and George Washington.
