It is hard to find books that are not overly violent or mature in content these days. These books do a good job at keeping the content interesting and adventurous without going over the top. Great read for second grader!

This is a great book -- a favorite of our 15-month-old. She's had us read it so much that we both have it memorized. If she gets fussy or bored in the car, I just start reciting this book and she calms down. I loved Richard Scarry books as a child and I was so excited to get this board book for my nine-month-old son. The illustrations are so cute of the various cars, trucks, and vehicles, and of the Richard Scarry animals driving them. I know this book by heart now.
If it drives you crazy to read the same book over and over again, don't buy this one. It is almost an addiction for my four-year-old son who loves to find out how things work.
