Contemporary architectural drawing 3 reviews Frank R Dagostino
Reston Pub. Co, 1977
Highly readable This is a short book of a little over a hundred pages. You can read it in a couple of hours. It was first published in 1845 and is the early life of its author. The book was written against the debates that raged in America over slavery. The writer an escaped slave lectured for some years against slavery on speaking tours. Advocates of slavery suggested that he was a fraud and to intelligent to ...

Electronic devices and circuits 2 reviews David A Bell
Reston Pub. Co, 1980
Excellent Text! As an instructor, I found it well-written and easy to read. The text provides a thorough coverage of electronic fundamentals at the Engineering Technology Level. For example, Mr. Bell explains circuit operation, analysis, and design concepts; furthermore, he provides excellent examples, figures, and practice problems that are directly related to the material. Unlike some textbooks at this level, ...

Through Dungeons Deep: A Fantasy Gamers' Handbook 2 reviews Robert Plamondon
Reston Pub Co, 1982
The finest book of it's kind This book, admittedly an older one, remains one of the finest ever written on Role-Playing Games. Robert Plamondon has put considerable effort into making this book readable and helpful, plus it's funny! He covers all the major parts of Role-Playing Games; creating and playing characters, creating a game world and Game-mastering, hosting a good game session, common pitfalls and how to ...

Labor guide to labor law 2 reviews Bruce S Feldacker
Reston Pub. Co, 1980
Simply essential reading for labor-side representatives! This text gives us an impossibly clear overview of labor laws from labor's perspective. The sections on organizing and the legality of different kinds of strikes are particularly helpful. A must-read for all BA's, Organizers and Union Officers. --Michael Murphy, Washington College of Law (formerly of Food and Beverage Workers Union, Local 32)

Atari Roots 1 review Mark Andrews
Reston Pub Co, 1984
An introductory guide to Atari 8 bit assembler. This book is the most concise introduction to 6502 assembler with specific application to the Atari 8 bit line of computers that I have read. It compliments Mapping The Atari and De Re Atari quite nicely. Some topics of note include IOCB and Atari graphics, and a bit of sample source code for these are included.

Who's hiring who 7 reviews Richard Lathrop
Reston Pub. Co, 1976
Buy It, You Won't Regret It! I bought this book a few years ago, right before I moved to a new city. I have to say it is one of the BEST books, if not THE best book available for writing that all-important resume. Contrary to the individual who said it needed updated due to resumes being entered and searched via a database, I think the book is just fine as it is. This book does NOT tell you how to write a traditional resume, ...

Electronic communications 1 review Dennis Roddy
Reston Pub. Co, 1977
Great textbook! I found this book to be very readable compared to all other textbooks I read during my Engineering degree. Prof. Roddy and Prof. Coolen wrote the book in a manner made it easy to comprehend and many time quite interesting! It did a very good job at un-complicating the material in a manner that does not water down the content. It was easily the best text book overall I have read.

Financial analysis: A programmed approach 1 review Neil Seitz
Reston Pub. Co, 1976
I say very proudly that I have read this book. I think any one who has no previous experience of financial management can learn in a day. This book helped them in making a decision whether to stick to finance or shift their ...
