This is by far the best bread book I have used. It's easy to understand. I have made the white bread and rolls 3 times and they came out great each time. Not doughy or heavy but very light. This is the first book I reach for when making any bread. It elevated my baking from a casual baker to a passionate one. The bread recipes are easy to follow and I have always had outstanding results. Better than grocery store and some local bakery products.
