For God and Country (Adventures in Odyssey) 1 review
Tyndale Entertainment, 2008
Great Program! This Advdenture in Odyssey series is great. My daughter is 7 years old. She enjoyed listening to the program, and could easily relate to the young characters and their exciting adventure through history. She learned something about history that she will likely not learn in school... our founding Fathers trusted God to lead them. This includes four great lessons in History and Morality, all ...

The Chronicles of Narnia: Never Has the Magic Been So Real (Radio Theatre) [Full Cast Drama] 61 reviews
Tyndale Entertainment, 2005
Amazing Story Conveyed with Clarity Everyone loves the Chronicles of Narnia. Perhaps for the action. Perhaps for the intrigue. Perhaps for the meaning of the stories.
These audiobooks bring it alive. With complete voice casts and sound effects along with a beautiful musical score, this is the next best thing to living in Narnia.
Recommended for all age groups. As a teenager in high school, I started driving last year and I ...

At Home in Mitford (The Mitford Years, Book 1) 387 reviews Paul McCusker, Jan Karon
Tyndale Entertainment, 2003
My Mom loves this Audio Book I got this audio book CD for my mom (60) for Christmas. She has a long commute and she has really enjoyed entering the world of Mitford to pass the time. She feels like she knows the characters. She enjoyed it so much, that my dad got her the second book in the series as soon as she was done with it.

The Hiding Place (Radio Theatre) 1 review Corrie ten Boom, Dave Arnold
Tyndale Entertainment, 2007
Excellent entertainment and a spiritual blessing I have always found Focus on the Family's Radio Theatre to be well done, and this production was no exception. The voices, direction, sound effects, all were well done. From what I remembered, the story follows the book pretty closely. The one issue I might have is that the voices tend to be soft while the sound effects are somewhat loud, so one minute we are turning up the volume to hear people ...

The Singing Bible (Focus on the Family) 4 reviews
Tyndale Entertainment, 2007
Awesome Songs - Glad it's on CD Now! We bought the cassettes four years ago and wore them out, so I was thrilled to get this on CD. My kids love these songs and you learn alot about the flow of biblical history from them. It is a really good compilation. I am surprised by what they can remember from the songs. My only complaint with the CD version is that occasionally the last few words of a song got cut off when they cut the ...

Prince Caspian (audio CD) 137 reviews C. S. Lewis
Tyndale Entertainment, 2000
A Tale of Duty, Compassion, and Heroism I largely credit my love of reading with The Chronicles of Narnia. My fourth grade teacher read the entire series to our class and I loved every minute of it. With the contemporary release of theatrical versions of the first two installments, I've enjoyed rereading the books for the first time in twenty years.
Prince Caspian is beautifully simplistic. Aimed at children, the ideas of duty, ...

Silas Marner (audio-CD) 114 reviews Focus on the Family
Tyndale Entertainment, 2001
A perfect story of redemptive love George Eliot's SILAS MARNER is a literary classic. What does that mean? A classic is a book that has passed the test of time. A book taken out of its historical milieu and placed in a contemporary one, e.g. our 2008 society, and still reads fresh is a classic.
SILAS MARNER still reads fresh, if you are a sophisticated reader or have a teacher to guide you through the ground mines of vocabulary ...

Les Miserables (Radio Theatre) 3 reviews
Tyndale Entertainment, 2007
Excellent This is an excellent audio dramatization of Victor Hugo's Les Miserables. It's very true to the theme of the book which are often missed in other mediums. It does very well in bringing out the emphasis of mercy and forgiveness. Very highly recommended.

The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (Radio Theatre) 570 reviews C. S. Lewis
Tyndale Entertainment, 1999
All Ages Can Appreciate This Book! Mr. Lewis' whimsical style creates a fast paced, fast read fairy tale. Woven throughout the book are Christian themes, however, I believe you can still thoroughly enjoy this book even if you are not a Christian. I believe it can be enjoyed by all ages and would be a wonderful book to read to young children. I look forward to reading the rest of the Chronicles of Narnia series.
The story ...

Classic Stories for a Girl's Heart (Radio Theatre) 1 review
Tyndale Entertainment, 2006
Very well done! These Radio Theatre style audiobooks are excellent. The characters in Anne of Green Gables sound a lot like the ones in the movie, which was an added plus for us because we've loved the movie. Another excellent Focus on the Family Radio Theatre series is the Chronicles of Narnia. Exceptionally well done.

The Magician's Nephew from The Chronicles of Narnia (Focus on the Family Radio Theatre) 224 reviews C. S. Lewis
Tyndale Entertainment, 1999
A wonderful book I'm 8, and my mom is typing my review. I think The Magician's Nephew is very heavy on the story of Adam and Eve. Like when Digory was tempted to eat the apple. But you don't have to be a Christian to enjoy this book. The Magician's Nephew has a lot of imagination in it. Like the Lion singing a birth of living creatures. Just like spring. And a horse that became a horse with wings in ...
