As helpful as its predecessors.
I couldn't have gotten through pregnancy or the first year without the first two books, and I know this one will be just as helpful to me in the months to come. I haven't read the whole book as my daughter is only 15 months, but so far it's living up to its name. I wish I had bought it sooner.

For those that seek inspiration, crave innovation, and want to extract more meaning from life
This is the second book that I purchased from Michael. Don't be deceived by the notion that this book is about being more innovative, energized, and productive in the workplace. By work, Michael is talking about living a life most worth living. He is talking about bringing the same enthusiasm that you have for Alaskan crab legs and flirtatious conversations with a loved one to every life domain. ...

Thank goodness there is no guilt and good recipes
I have heard feedback from patients that really like the recipes in this book and that they are not too hard or time consuming to make since you really don't have time as a mom. There are many books out there for diet in pregnancy and this is good one to add, but there are some misconceptions out there that you are eating for two or that you need to gain a certain amount of weight during ...
The Introvert Advantage: How to Thrive in an Extrovert World

I thought I knew a lot about introverts like myself...
So many good things to say about this book it's difficult to know where to start... The layout of this book with it's short chapters coupled with the down-to-earth language make it an interesting and quick read. If you are an introvert like myself you'll no doubt have one of not many "aha" moments while reading this book. While maintaining a strictly non-clinical language, the author manages to ...

1,000 Places to See in the U.S.A. & Canada Before You Die
1,000 concise descriptions with supporting evidence to persuade the reader to journey 1,000 unique &/or beautiful places in the U.S.A. and Canada before concluding that the traveler requires a foreign destination rather than experiencing the wonders and wonderful people of the North American continent. And, you can carry the weight of that argument with you in one entertaining volume wherever you ...

'I Will Teach You To Be Rich' Should be Required Reading
I didn't like this book - I loved it. I hardly love anything and find most books covering finances and 'how to be better off' to usually be a bit contrived and poorly written. They hype complicated methods that are guaranteed to get results and it doesn't seem to apply to those who aren't making a lot of money. That's not the case for 'I Will Teach You to be Rich'. Sethi has written a book that ...

I give this book to friends
I've given six or seven of these books to friends. I'd started doing about what they recommend about three years before I read the book about two years ago, and have kept it up for two years after. Its easier to keep at it after reading the book, and I've found that I actually have kept getting more functionally fit each year, though I'm now 69. There are other, more research oriented books ...

Great Book for Pre-K
I purchased this book after my liitle brother had the 3rd grade version, he finished it and had lots of practice. I decided to purchase the Pre-K version for my 4 year old daughter who just started Pre-K. She loves the book as well. Theres plenty of different sections she goes thru from her ABC's to 123's, tracing, coloring, shapes, etc. Very good book for any grade level. To practice or for ...

BEST MIGRAINE ADVISE EVER!! Heal your migraine 123
I have been suffering with migraines daily since I was 13 years old and am now 49. I tried every possible solution from holistic to traditional medicines without leaving one leaf unturned. Nothing truly helped me and I was left frustrated and suffering with so much pain that it was unbearable. My quality of life was horrible and no matter how many Doctors or specialists I went to, not one, seemed ...

A Useful Reference
We've been trying to have a baby for a couple of years now, and I thought it was time that I made sure that I was as educated as I thought I was about conception. I definitely learned a few things from this book. This is a book you can skip around in easily, because not all of the topics are going to apply to everyone. It's informational without being dry and boring. There is also information ...

These are MAGICAL!
When I bought these about a year ago, I was a little skeptical, but the price is so reasonable I decided to give it a try. I'm SO happy that I did. Even though I'm only 30, I have suffered from back and shoulder pain for years. I used these balls to stretch my back and shoulders, and the pain was relieved! They are so simple to use - just put them under the problem area and lay down on them. They ...

A great all-in-one book
The best way to learn about wine is to go to tastings, ask a lot of questions of wine shop owners and wine drinkers, and drink a lot of wine. This book, however, will answer many, if not most, of your questions, and help you focus your questions, and your tastings, as you progress. Its easy-to-read style and excellent organization make this my favourite wine book, out of the six or so that I ...

Absolute Treasure!
This book is amazing! I love all the Sandra Boynton books honestly but this is one of our families Favorites! I love that there is actually music to this song out there so I can sing it to my son. Sandra Boynton has surpassed my expectations in this one! I am thrilled and it will be a well read book in my house.
