Attention women runners (and nonrunners)!
This book is great for getting you off the couch and out into the running world! The author includes her own personal stories of her running adventures and makes you feel like you can do anything. And best of all, it's written by a woman for women: young and old, fat and skinny, runners and non-runners alike. I started with the beginning running program and I can already run 5 minutes at a time! ...

Love it
I never thought I would be the one buying the cheap romances, but Christine Feehan's books are more than just erotic sex. There is intrigue, suspense, mystery, and magic wrapped up in those pages. This makes two books that I have read of Christine Feehan's. The first that I read was Oceans of Fire (book 3 in the Drake series). I was disappointed in that book that something didn't erupt with ...

This book is awesome
Once you've read this book, you'll never go back to commercial dog food again. This book was very informative and helped me understand everything I needed to get started cooking for my dog. And it's easy! It takes about 30 minutes to prepare food for your pet for the whole week. I've only been cooking for him for 2 weeks and he's like a puppy again. If you love your dog, buy this book - ...

I think I've read most of the top dozen or so best sellers on leadership. They all have wonderful advice. But there's now also a new kid on the block, a new book, that is probably the best-kept secret on leadership and HUMAN RELATIONS. It's a book called "Going Beyond Leadership of Character" by "West Point" author, Norman Thomas Remick. It goes beyond all the wonderful books like "Leadership and ...

a Must Read
I read several books throughout my first pregnancy, and found this one to be the most informative. There is a chapter on relaxation during the labor process (how to focus on keeping your muscles relaxed during contractions so your uterus doesn't have to fight against them) that I found to be VERY helpful. A very educational book that I highly recommend.

This is a good book and I've incorporated the suggestions and exercises into my own regimen. The nerve damage I have is primarily between my left hip down to my left knee. Book does exactly what the title says.
Just like the title says the book is full of hints to store food for a crisis. There are a number of excellent hints such as storing food that you would normally eat and turning over your stored food through your regular eating habits. The book also mentions having emergency clothing, food and water packed and ready to go because when a crisis occurs there will likely be no time to pack up ...

Candida NOT the only thing discussed here!
I'm not sure people who commented on Candida read the entire book. Or, perhaps it's the only aspect that caught their attention. This does NOT only deal with candida! The reason this book is as great as it is: Dr. Rogers never gives one theory or one fix for any one problem. She acknowledges every body is different. This is really important as simplistic as this sounds. Most books/doctors ...

A Winner for Anyone Questioning Their Drinking
This book has been a lifesaver for me. For years I enjoyed social drinking without problems, but the last couple of years I've questioned if I was drinking too much. This program showed me how to pace my drinking, how to make a drinking plan in advance before I started drinking(which really worked)and how to stick to my limit fairly easily. It also made alcohol less important to me - a huge step ...

I am so happy to have found this book. I have been making the quick breads for my boys (one of which is allergic to peanuts, wheat, soy, egg, and milk). I have been making the breads into mini muffins to take the place of snack crackers, etc. THey love them. I also used the zuccini brownies for their (twin boys) birthday cake. It was great. Thanks so much for sharing your recipes!

Good Research, Poor Conclusion
Aviva has loads of well documented studies that say one thing, vaccines do not work. If you do any bit of thorough research on vaccines, you will see that they do more harm than good. Aviva's book contains that research, so what's the problem? Her conclusion. After heaps of evidence about how harmful, or infective vaccines are, Aviva does not speak out against them, but rather says ...
