Schwartz & Wade, 2006

Hilarious!
This is such a funny, funny, laugh-out-loud book. Forget all the fuddy-duddy's who give it poor reviews for messages the book may send. It is truly a great book!

30 Ways to Dump a Sister1 review
Janet A. Bloss, Janet Adele Bloss, ...

Pages Publishing Group, 1996

Great book for sisters!
This is a good book for anybody who has little sisters or brothers who bother them. It will make them understand that the little kid just wants to be like the bigger one. I liked this book because I liked how the two sisters fought and what they did to each other. I especially liked the wild ways the big sister got rid of the little one. It's a funny book to read.

Jonah, like many little boys, is afraid of the dark. His older brother, Gor, and his baby sister, Arpi, share the bedroom with Jonah. Abduction!13 reviews
P. Kehret

Topeka Bindery, 2006

Excellent Introduction to Real-Life Suspense for Young Readers
ABDUCTION is an excellent suspense novel with a lot of good information about what families go through and can do in the event of an abduction. Peg Kehret combines a tremendous amount of facts throughout the tense narrative, such as the fact that most kidnapped children are taken by non-custodial parents and how an Amber alert works. But the story is the real draw here. Matt, a ...

About My Sisters5 reviews
Debra Ginsberg

Topeka Bindery, 2005

The Best Kind of Memoir. Well done.
"About My Sisters" deserves my highest recommendation. It is well written, funny, insightful and truthful. Mostly, however, it is relatable. Anyone with sisters--make that siblings--will relate to the feelings expressed and the stories told by this gifted author. While her focus is on the relationship(s) between four sisters who have a fifteen-year age spread, it is also about their sole brother, ...

DK CHILDREN, 1999

Invaluable for helping twins, siblings, friends & family.
There are plenty of books about twins for adult readers; this appeals to young picturebook readers with a photo-filled account of twins and their differences and similarities. This much-needed book is a 'must' for any collection seeking family-oriented books: it helps siblings understand the different possibilities and personalities of twins.

The Abernathy Boys4 reviews
L. J. Hunt

HarperCollins, 2004

Excellent Book!
I want to review this book, the Abernathy Boys, because it is the best book I ever read!! I live in Chicago but I like to read about cowboys. This book is about two kids who go on their horses all across the wild west. They do it all by themselves without their parents. The most amazing part is that the story is true and really happened in 1909! The two kids were Bud and Temp Abernathy and ...
