There are two main things I liked about this book:
A) It is THE book if you want the urge to "just take the first plane ticket anywhere, and go on an adventure." This book is amazing motivation if you are considering doing a long-term travel trip.
B) It gives concise resources. Nothing more to say, information is all there.
C) The quotes. Nothing like poetic (and wise) statements ...

I'm so excited!
This is a lovely book. I am on vacation and just read it. I can't wait to get home and try this out on my dog. This book is basically a foreign language book. When you're done reading it, you will at least now be able to "speak" through your body language to calm your dog. What a gift this is. I am practicing it a bit on my relative's dog (who doesn't many issues) and it works!

My son has Asperger's Syndrome...

This is truly a great resource for yoga practitioners to learn correct (sanskrit) names for asanas. I am very impressed with how the book is laid out and how detailed it is.
