Wow! What a gripping story. This book has really struck a chord. The writer had me on an emotional journey that was riveting, provocative, inspirational and life changing. It is a true love story about an amazing individual and how HIV has affected every facet of her life. This is a must read! I must meet this woman.

Stones Unturned (Menagerie) 2 reviews Christopher Golden, Thomas E. Sniegoski
Ace, 2006
Great Read I am quite surprised to see that this series hasn't received the praise that I think it deserves. I was a fan of Golden's writing from his Buffy novels but have since sought more novels from this author. I've read almost all of his books mostly because I am a fan of anything with a supernatural twist.
Some of Golden's other series, the "Myth Hunters" in particular, I found less than ...

No Bone Unturned: The Adventures of a Top Smithsonian Forensic Scientist and the Legal Battle for America's ... 16 reviews Jeff Benedict
HarperCollins, 2003
Benedict Rocks I first became a Benedict fan reading his books about professional athletes and their ability to get away with violence off the field of play. He's a remarkable storyteller with a journalistic style. I was again outraged at my government taking a lax view of science unless it serves the corporations' interests. I certainly want to know more about Kennewick Man. Well done, Jeff!

Those Buried Texans: No Stone Unturned 1 review Tom Allen
Hendrick-Long Publishing Company, 1980
Buried Treasure This is one of the finest Texas history books I've ever read and I was thrilled to see that it's still in print. The late Mr. Allen is an outstanding storyteller and historian. I recommend Buried Texans for anyone who already has a basic grasp of Texas history (can identify Stephen F. Austin, Sam Houston, William Travis, etc) and is looking to expand it.
