Great Book!
I was a little skeptical when I ordered this book, but it's full of really good ideas. Philip Johnston has a good grasp on getting your studio business up to speed and keeping it there. I've read several books on the subject, but this one is by far the best. Even if you were to implement only one or two of his ideas it would be well worth the cover price.

This is a great cookbook to get your family back to the dinner table together. My daughters-in-law and I are cooking together once a month and we haven't made anything in the book that we don't like yet.
