Really fun
Other than being a little wary of its toy-like plastic and the lack of flash, I have no complaints about this camera. I highly recommend it to anyone who is into experimentation and is willing to try different things. I've had results ranging from "What on earth is that burry mess repeated 8 times?" to beautiful scenes I never expected to come out of this ugly red brick.

Bought this camera for my wife, she still likes to shoot pictures with film.{?} First time out of the box it was easy to load and she took lots of pictures on Thanksgiving with all of the family home and they were excellent. Amazing Camera
I have been using this camera for a high school photography class, and it is definitely well worth the price. The lens it comes with is great. The camera is extremely user friendly. Though it is plastic, it feels very durable, and has survived 2 drops (USE YOUR STRAP NO MATTER WHAT! :P) without a mark. I feel I will be using this camera for a long time to come.

Camera is great. Love it. Wasted almost my whole first roll because I should of used the flash more. The lens doesn't seem to grab as much light as a regular lense, so use the flash often. Total user error though. Camera is awesome. Enjoy!

Excellent Camera: Easily beats a Digital camera for its price

Best first camera EVER!
My V3800N was my very first camera purchased so that I could have a fully manual camera for my Photo 1 class. Although I haven't used it in a while, I still love my little Vivitar and have plans to take it back out again. It's solidly made with a great hand-feel. It's an excellent beginner's film camera. I love the Supersampler. I definitely prefer its panoramic format and much sharper image rendition to the original four-lensed Actionsampler. It's really fun to play and experiment with. Be sure to try the extreme close-up effect!
