It's a lot of phone for a penny. Lots of stuff that I really didn't need. And though it's a lot easier to answer than a flip phone (especially with one hand), it's still too thick. I love this phone! I have not had any problems with this phone as of yet (knock on wood). The only thing I could say I don't like about it, is that the battery dies too fast, Other than that it is great. I recommend it to everyone!!!
