I am so impressed and moved by the music, the selection, the quality of the recordings. An incredible collection at an unbelievable price. I can not imagine a better overall set of this magnitude and quality. If you need Mozart, want to know Mozart, have never listened to Mozart, you need this set. Happy 250th!

Meditative, But Not Boring
Here's the deal: If you check out the individual CDs of this collection, you'll pay way too much. That said, compare this price, and realize it is a steal at twice the price. The list of selections is immense. 101 selections. Most of it you've heard before, but that's OK. Despite the various cute names -- quite creative -- "Vol. 9"!... you can load your CD player and enjoy them without feeling ...

The Clarinet Quintet is perhaps the greatest of all Mozart's chamber works, K285 is the best of the 4 flute quartets, K80 is his first string quartet, an astonishing work for a child of 14, and K15, written in London when he was only 8, is charming. Nice surprise...
Some of the first music I purchased years ago at Costco, taking a gamble on the quality of pieces chosen, orchestrations, etc.. This remains among some of my favorite collections, as the music is beautiful, rich, and well-done. I ended up buying it about 8 yrs later for my sister b/c she loved it so much.

Very Enjoyable CD at a Great Price
I love this CD. It has a number of short pieces that are all well performed, well played and well engineered. I've listened to this CD many times, and have not tired of it. For the price, (I got mine used here), it really can't be beat. I'm actually going to get another copy to keep in the car. It's that good. What a deal! Highly recommended, especially at the bargain price.

Terrific
this set was bought for me by a friend of mine, knowing that I love just about all varieties of music. I found this to be of real good sound quaility, and extremely relaxing plus it helped to put me in a good frame of mind, add to that that the baby I watch enjoyed it and was able to go to sleep peacefully makes it well worth the purchase. I highly recommend it.
